Convention Offers "Endless Possibilities" to Make Connections
Saturday night of the AG Bell Biennial Convention is when AG Bell's diverse communities get together to relax, catch up, and sometimes enjoy some music and dancing. In fact, for some attendees it's the highlight of convention! The convention's social events will be staggered throughout the evening and priced affordably so attendees can go to one, two or all three events if they choose. All events will be conveniently located at the brand-new, beautiful Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek so attendees can visit a variety of venues without ever leaving the property.
First stop is "Happy Hour in the Tropics" from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m., where convention goers can enjoy refreshing beverages and hors d'oeuvres in a lush tropical setting. Tickets are just $15 per person and include one drink ticket and hors d'oeuvres.
Next up is "Family Night at the Movies" from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., where after a busy day at SeaWorld, kids can curl up and enjoy an evening in front of the silver screen complete with freshly popped popcorn, soft pretzels and traditional movie candies. Meanwhile, their parents and other attendees can mingle and network nearby. Tickets are just $10 per person and include snacks, non-alcoholic beverages and professional child care providers to supervise the little movie-goers while parents relax.
Finally, from 8:30 - 10:30 p.m., convention attendees can get down at "Club Volta," at our very own South Beach-style nightclub complete with DJ, dance music, club fare and beverages to suit all tastes. Tickets are $15 and include hors d'oeuvres and one drink ticket. To see a photo of "Club Volta," click here and scroll to the bottom.
