About Shared Interest Groups (SIGs)
What's in it for me?
We're very proud of our community. AG Bell's SIGs are a storehouse of wisdom, humor, support and information. If you have a question, you'll find answers. If you have a problem, you'll get good advice, and if you have a tip or a funny story to share, you'll find an appreciative audience.

Terms of Service
At AG Bell, our goal is to provide a safe, friendly community where members can find the information and support they need. When you join, you agree to abide by our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy sets standards for our website and our community. The SIG Usage Guidelines provide additional rules and information for our community, so please take a moment to review these guidelines.
Discussion Board Display
When you open a SIG page, you will see a list of discussion topics. To read a message, just click on the title. To ask a question or start a discussion of your own, click on the "Post New Topic" link. The main SIG page also lists the name of the person who started the discussion, the number of replies the message has received and the time of the most recent reply. The message list is organized by time of reply, so discussions with new messages appear at the top of the list. Auto-Generated Notifications
The SIG Discussion Board system will send you auto-generated email alerts to the email listed in your AG Bell member profile every day at 9:00 a.m. ET for all the SIGs you participate in. The option to receive a daily digest of postings is coming soon. Please be sure to add agbell.org to your trusted sender list in order to receive these notifications.
SIG Leaders
In the SIG description, you will see the name(s) of the SIG’s volunteer leader. This person has stepped forward to lead the SIG because they have a strong interest in a subject and they enjoy talking about it with others. They welcome newcomers and keep the conversation lively. Please note that our community leaders are volunteers and are not meant to be experts, moderators or official representatives of AG Bell. They cannot remove messages from their hosted board or affect another user's account. Learn more about becoming a SIG Leader.
Each SIG is assigned an AG Bell staff liaison that will assist the SIG leader with managing postings, creating polls and surveys, and monitoring the discussion.
